- we commenced with a brainstorming session - remembering all the words we had learned previously related to types of dwellings and the rooms within them
- revised the use of the describing word 'bello' and how its ending changes when used before a noun - eg: il bel quartiere, la bella casa, il bell'appartameno [in the plural they become: i bei quartieri, le belle case, i begli appartamenti]
- revised how to form the congiuntivo [subjunctive] and put it into practise by completing esercizio 4, pagina 103 in pairs - asking and answering questions - see guide on handout below eg: Penso che Cristina viva da sola e che sia una donna molto elegante. No, io invece credo che non abiti proprio sola ma che abbia un gatto,
- next - we read the email - esercizio 5, pagina 104 - and completed the multiple choice questions on handout (see below) to check understanding
- a writing exercise followed where we had to describe our ideal home - and then practised this in pairs asking and answering: Com'e' la tua casa ideale? La mia casa ideale e'......ha....
- Try the extra exercises provided ('esercizi extra below) to practise - I'll hand out the answers next lesson
