- Pg 8 Ex 1 - read the 6 newspaper headlines and according to content, matched them to the appropriate photo (see handout below for written exercise)
- revised grammar points (see handout) related to expressing possession eg: La sorella di Maria; Mia madre e mio padre....
- revised grammar points (see handout) related to describing family eg: la sorella piu' grande, il fratello piu' piccolo...
- identified grammar points in conversation (Pg 9 Ex 4 see transcipt below) and elicited meaning by completing vero/falso exercise
- read song lyrics ('Ciao Pa' by Eros Ramazzotti) and sang along to video clip on YouTube (see lyrics below)
- practised asking and answering questions about family (see handout)
